Operator Panel
The operator finds all specific machine settings and parameters within the field of vision. All important functions are accessible via touch screen and are executed immediately after setting. A special trouble-shooting menu helps sort out any errors.
In-feed
The in-feed belt helps achieve high production performances. Veneer sheets are laid on the belts and automatically fed into the machine’s heating zone where the aligning and the splicing of the veneer sheets take place.
Automatic Lay-on Aligning
Each lay-on is automatically aligned on the splicing line while being put through the machine. This enables the operator to retrieve the already spliced veneers for quality control and ensures a perfect 90° cut whilst clipping.
Format Clipper
The freshly spliced veneer formats may be clipped to a predefined length on the machine’s out-feed side.
Edge Trimming and Reinforcement
A self-adhesive tape is applied along the veneer lay-ons edge to avoid breaches. The veneer edges are trimmed to size immediately after tape application.
Stacking Device
After edge trimming and reinforcement, veneer lay-ons are neatly stacked on a scissor lifting table by the means of a stacking device.
Direct Stacking Device
Veneer lay-ons may be directly stacked right after clipping. The compact direct stacking device can be reversed and opened in a quick and easy fashion for maintenance work (such as the clipping knife exchange) on the machine’s rear side.
